Gay Social brings the LGBTQ+ community together through in-person social events across New Jersey. In a state where it can be difficult to meet people without relying on apps or leaving the area, we focus on creating welcoming spaces to connect face-to-face and build real community.

Across New Jersey, many traditional LGBTQ+ gathering spaces have disappeared. While acceptance has grown, opportunities for in-person connection have become fewer and more spread out.

In 2025, we hosted 87 events across 11 New Jersey counties. As we move forward, we are focused on continuing to expand access to in-person LGBTQ+ community by offering more opportunities to connect across the state.
